Market Action

Sharp break lower and negative close Friday. Below the 200sma. Yes we are oversold and could bounce strongly. But also be aware that things can get much “oversolder” The deeper the correction the greater the opportunities will be on the other side.

For most traders it’s a time to be just monitoring and observing. Patience.

Casting a wide net below to note stocks I see showing RS currently. Look for stocks holding recent gaps, holding above MAs, building bases and forming higher lows as the market makes lower ones.
