TML Report December 10, 2025 – Market Rallies on FOMC Decision

Market Overview

The major indexes reacted well to the FOMC’s decision on interest rates this afternoon. All four indexes rallied powerfully after the 2:00 PM decision into the close. 

The Ruseel 2000 finished at new all-time highs, as small-cap shares led the rally again. The S&P 500 finished at an all-time closing high, while the NASDAQ and Dow ended the session only slightly below.

The health and breadth of the market’s leadership continued to improve. My watchlists are growing, there have been quite a few sound entry opportunities over the last few days, and the way things are shaping up, it appears there will be many more.

I am noticing quite a few leaders forming launchpad setups, pushed up against key resistance at their DTLs, looking ready to move higher.

As long as leadership and the environment continue to improve, I will continue to add exposure as opportunities arise.

QQQ

The NASDAQ rallied on the Fed decision this afternoon and finished slightly below its all-time high, where it looks set up to head higher.

SPY

Just like the NASDAQ, the S&P500 rallied on the Fed decision this afternoon and finished today’s session at a new all-time closing high.

IWM

The Russell 2000 continued to exhibit the most strength of the four major indexes. It was the only one that closed at a new all-time high today.

DIA

The Dow rallied with the other major indexes today and closed just slightly below its prior all-time high.

TSLA looks like it’s ready to continue up the right side of its current base and break out to new highs.

SNDK

.SNDK closed back above all of its key moving averages today, and looks ready to continue up the right side of its current consolidation.
